Tooltips are x+1 ahead of plotted values

The tooltips for my line series are always x+1 ahead of the plotted values. Is this because I'm forcing my X-Axis to be zero-based instead of one-based (which I had to do by manually adding data points since the IsZeroBased property had no effect on the X-Axis). Is there a way to correct this behavior? Thanks!

Hi Schley,

I am unsure if we can determine what causes the problem that you are experiencing without looking at the code. In our internal tests the IsZeroBased is working correctly when set before runtime. We tested IsZeroBased in a test application together with a tooltip and it shows correctly in our tests. Please take a look at the attached test application and check if it working correctly in your environment.
