Hello,
I'd like to have show a Tooltip with the header-text on the icon of a RadOutlookBarItem when the RadOutlookBar is minimized.
This is exacltly the default behavior of MinimizedOutlookBarItem.
I tried to set the ToolTip Property of the RadOutlookBarItem. Unfortunately in that case the ToolTip also appears within the content area of the item.
I'd be glad if you have any sugesstions on this issue.

Thank you for your feedback on the RadOutlookBar control and this feature suggestion. I logged an item in our PITS, where you can vote for it thus increasing its priority. I also updated your Telerik account accordingly.
I also attached a sample project illustrating a possible approach for implementing your scenario until such a feature is implemented in the RadOutlookBar control. Please have a look at the solution and let me know if it works for you or if we can further assist you.
