Tooltip at the bottom of a Text

Hi,

I am using RADTooltip in my application.
My requirement is to display the tooltip below the text.
This works fine for first two elements as there is no space above the text.
But the same is displayed above the text.

I kept the Position="TopCenter".
But when i keep the Position="BottomCenter", the tooltip is shown something wrongly.

Kindly suggest some solutions.

I got the answer.
Its working fine when i keep the OffsetX="0" and OffsetY="0" of the RADTooltip
