To Team: GroupBox for Silverlight?

Could you please add this request to your list for GroupBox for SL?
This is very much needed for LoB apps when you need to break the info into multiple groups. This is available in WinForm & ASP.Net.

Hi Nick;

Just wanted to touch base with you on this control and it's status for Q1 RTM.

Secondly, is this a "Container" control like stackpanel that can hold a series of UIElemments? If yes, does it have an "Enable" property that we can at runtime (via binding) to turn on or off enable? If yes, will it also affect it's children?
Just like the Toolbar that has "IsEnabled" and when set to false, everything inside becomes unaccessible. I'd like to accomplish this behavior using GroupBox.

Hi Ben,

RadGroupBox is a simple HeaderedContentControl, e.g. it will automatically provide all IsEnabled functionality of the other controls. Actually it will work in the same way as the WPF GroupBox.

RadGroupBox is present in the Beta, as well as in the latest internal builds for Q3 2010 that came after the Beta release.

Hi Valeri;

I've just installed the Q1 and I don't see any RADGroupBox in the toolBox in VS nor in Blend. In fact there is no control by that name.
If you're referring to RADGroupHeader, I don't see where you can set the header's title.

Here is a picture what I've been asking for and you can see there are two GroupBoxes on the form with title, "Personal Information" and "Contact Details", which contains other controls. This type of control have been around for years.
Unless I'm missing something here.

The control is called GroupBox only (without Rad).

Are there any examples of the SL Groupbox on your website? I don't see it in the list of SL controls, and I don't have the resources at this moment to download and explore.
