Thanks for contacting us and for your question.
Basically, you can change any of the visual settings of the RadTitleBar by using the Visual Style Builder and creating a new theme for the control.
I have also attached the XML file containing the Telerik theme so that you can alter its colors. You can do this by loading the RadTitleBar control in the Visual Style Builder and loading the Theme from the XML file.
