That is Working fine in Telerik.Windows.Controls.Navigation Version 2011.1.224.40
but iam using Telerik.Windows.Controls.Navigation 2010.3.1110.40( Not Support this Property in this Version)
any other alternate way let me know

There's now straightforward way to achieve this with the 2010.3.1110.40 version, but you can try to save the original position before the maximization and set it back on minimization or restore. For further information please examine the attached sample project.
