    Hello senthil,

Could you please try to set the PreservePositionWhenMaximized property to True?
If you need further assistance feel free to ask.

    Hi senthil,

There's now straightforward way to achieve this with the 2010.3.1110.40 version, but you can try to save the original position before the maximization and set it back on minimization or restore. For further information please examine the attached sample project.
