Is there a pinning mechanism for TileViewItem to always be full height on the right?

 Yes, there is a pinning mechanism in the RadTileView and you can check it out in this demo.
However, we are not sure what do you have in mind with this: "TileViewItem to always be full height on the right ", could you please elaborate more on your exact requirement?
