I'm using panorama on vb but I have noticed that there are no effects for tiles and all tiles are generated using same color .
is there a workaround ? (Same with demohub)
also when tiles are clicked there is no effect like pulse or grow or something.
The control also lack keyboard navigation (like metro in windows media center).

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
By default all tiles are with the same color and this is the default behavior. You should manually change the backcolor properties (BackColor, BackColor2, BackColor3, BackColor4) of the tiles you want to be with different color.
As to the "pulse" effect, it was introduced at a later stage (the SP after the release that introduced RadPanorama) so please make sure you are using the latest version. If you continue experiencing difficulties, please post the contents of your VB files here so I can test them locally.
In regards to your last note about the keyboard navigation, yes this feature is not yet supported by RadPanorama. I have logged a feature request in our Public Issue Tracking System so you can subscribe to it and track its progress. Here you can find the PITS entry: http://www.telerik.com/support/pits.aspx#/public/winforms/12992.
