Is it possible to make one theme file for multiple controls?
Do I have to make a theme file for each control?
e.g MyTheme-button.xml, Mytheme-checkbox.xml ... Or
could I do something like this
e.g MyTheme-All.xml

Hi Todd,
You could have either. The only restrictions is that you can have a single theme (for one or more controls) in one XML. In other words, in one XML file you can store one theme for many controls - for example MyCoolTheme for the combo, grid, treeview, etc. In the file you can also use other valid XML tags, such as properties, etc.
I hope this helps. Do not hesitate to write, if you have other questions.

Thank you for your reply,
How would I go about doing this, in the designer it is only possible to load one control at a time.
Should I create a theme for all in separate files, then go in and aggregate them all?

Thank you for getting back to me, and sorry for not including this information in my previous response.
This process should be handled by the Visual Style Builder (VSB). Simply create your theme for a particular control and use Save As to save the theme in the file that you have used for the previous control. The VSB will append the changes automatically. All themes should be saved through the VSB, because it will merge the themes properly in one BuilderRegistration tag.
Merging many themes in one XML may prove to be hard if done manually.
Contact me again if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Peter
