Hi,

The problem could be that you are using an older version of the suite that does not offer the client export manager. Make sure that you are using the latest version of Telerik.Web.UI.dll to ensure that the tool is available in it as well as support for the latest browsers, stability and enhanced security.

Hi Rumen,

Thanks for ur reply.Ya I am using an old version which does not have the client export manager control. As of now I am using Telerik 2012.If I updateshould I worry about controls being deprecated. I mean does Telerik 2015 has all the controls as in Telerik 2012 or any controls in Telerik 2012 is Deprecated.

Thanks,

Indhu

Hi Indhu,

The ClientExportMaanger is available since the Q1 2015 release. The new versions include new controls and features which you can check in the release notes.

The only obsolete control is RadChart, which is discontinued as of Q1 2014 in favor of the new RadHtmlChart component, based on the Kendo UI charts. You can find more details in this blog post.

Best regards,
Rumen
