The system cannot find the file specified.for some contrls only

   Error Rendering Control - RadScriptManager1 An unhandled exception has occurred.
Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Web.UI, Version=2009.2.826.20, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=121fae78165ba3d4' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

i am getting this error for some control
only for some countols
how can i  solve this?

here   Rad text editor  shows ok.
but listbox and  radscriot manager dont works

dear Blaize   thanks for your replay.
copy the Telerik.Web.UI assembly to the [VisualStudioInstallationFolder]\Common7\IDE\PrivateAssemblies
and resatred the system
everyt hing gone cool
