the SDKBrowser sample app is missing the packages folder

Hi,

 I'm trying to restore all dll files from the nuget manger but I don't see the packages folder. Where do I get that folder?

Does clicking Restore not automatically download the packages from nuget?

 It'll be Xamarin forms, mono etc it downloads as teh Telerik components are unfortunately not available on nuget...which isn't that helpful IMO.

That warning I attached in my first post came from clicking the Restore button.
