Could you please send us your Log files. There are usually located here: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\TeamPulse\Logs".
I believe that your tfs user cannot be authorized, because TeamPulse Integration service does not have the need permission to access Tfs server. Could you check if there is some kind of firewall that prevents this. Also you problem look similar to the "double hop
" problem. Could you investigate that issue?
