The text in design tab for the radeditor shows single space but in HTML tab there are two spaces.  I'm assuming the radeditor is compensating for this in the design tab?  Is there anything we can do about it?  Our users don't realize there is an extra space that shouldn't be there because they don't see it.

For example, the text "administration to the bloodstream" does not appear to have extra spaces between 'administration' and 'to' when viewed in the design tab, bit when viewed in the html tab it appears as like this... "administration  to the bloodstream"

Thanks

Hello,

I tried to reproduce the issue but without success. Here is a video demonstration: http://screencast.com/t/euhmBehOEg.

Am I missing something?

Are you able to reproduce the issue in the live demos and under which browser version?

Best regards,

Yes, I am able to replicate it using the live demos using Chrome v  53.0.2785.143

To do so, highlight a word and delete it. The design only shows one space, but the HTML shows two spaces.  For example, I deleted the word 'volcano' at the end of the 2nd paragraph.  Below is the design and HTML text:

Design -  ...third-largest in the world.

HTML -  ...third-largest  in the world.

Or if you highlight a group of text, the same issue occurs.  In the following example, I removed ' '

Design - ...which is located at the center of Barcelona

HTML - ...which is  center of Barcelona

Thanks!

I forgot to mention in the second example I removed 'located at the', and it is the last sentence in the first paragraph.  :)
