Hi,
Unfortunately, I am not aware of this problem in IE9 and you are the first to report it. You can see my test with the latest version in the following video: http://screencast.com/t/OR9usXY1lLl. Am I missing something?
Could you please install and test the latest version 5.8.15 of RadEditor for MOSS and try to replicate the problem?
All the best,

Why dont you post some more content in your video. like test1 on first line and then test2 on second and then try to align only test1 text..
it is not working in your demo page too.. surprised!!!!!

Hi,
Here is another video demonstrating a test with multiple lines of alignment: http://screencast.com/t/FRBH9S7KbCyb.
Can you please enable the filter of RadEditor and test again at your end? To do that open the /Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/web server extensions/wpresources/RadEditorSharePoint/5.8.15.0__1f131a624888eeed/Resources/ConfigFile.xml file and set:

Hello Anil,
The RadEditor for MOSS does not offer a functionality such as the one you are describing. Could you please provide more detailed information about this feature, examples and screenshots that show it so that I can help you achieve it, if this is possible?

Hi Anil,
From you screen shot I believe that you are referring the RibbonBar toolbar mode of RadEditor. In the following online demo you can test the different toolbar modes supported by the editor: http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx. Use the Toolbar Mode drop down to set different values of the ToolBarMode property.
In your case, if you want to position the toolbar somewhere specific, I believe that it can be done with ToolBarMode set to RobbonBarFloating and some additional custom javascript code. If you think that this might fit your case I suggest you to open an official support ticket and provide some additional information of what exactly you are trying to achieve. This includes a screen shot with the expected result.

Hi Anil,
Thanks for the screen shot. What I can tell is that RadEditor does not support rulers out of the box, however I found the following forum thread regarding rulers: http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/aspnet-ajax/editor/editor-with-rulers.aspx

Check the following online help article: Setting Editor Background And Color. You can set the background of the editor's content area to an image containing GridLines.
