Telerik WPF Controls not visible on UI

We are facing a problem with a WPF application which is excessively using Telerik Controls. One of our customers is not able to see any Telerik UI controls in the application.

Any ideas on this?

I am afraid the information provided is far bellow what we need to identify the problem.
May we have a look at that application ?
