Based on the provided details, I suppose that the issue you are experiencing is due to the fact that Telerik UI for WinForms controls are installed per machine but Telerik Visual Studio Extensions are deployed per user. And in case you use the controls from several different accounts, it is expected the Telerik extensions to be registered only to the account with which the controls were installed.
Could you please check if the Telerik WinForms Visual Studio Extensions
are registered into the Visual Studio About page (Visual Studio -> Help
menu -> About Microsoft Visual Studio
)? If they exist, could you please let us know?
Otherwise, I would recommend you download and install our extensions directly from the Visual Studio Online Gallery. The steps below will help you to achieve this:
1. Launch your Visual Studio
2. Select Extensions and Updates...
item under the Tools
3. Expand the Online
tab and select Visual Studio Gallery
4. Type "Telerik WinForms
" into the search box
5. Select the extensions and press Download
6. Proceed with the installation and restart Visual Studio when prompted
