Hi all,
I was wondering which control is used on the support page of Telerik?

Or maybe it isn't a control, but a custom solution?

A similar appearance can be achieved by using RadMenu control. Checkout the demo for more information on this.

Please take a look at the attachment, I've prepared for you a sliding panel example - the effect is achieved with Javascript that shows/hides content.
