Hi Shwe,
The feature is not supported. Please feel free to log a feature request for having the styling option when a Categorygroups grouping has child groups - feedback portal.
I can suggest you to hide the YAxis Gridlines - Graph>CoordinateSystems>YAxis>MajorGridLineStyle>Visible property, and keep the X axis ones. Then set the YAxis.Scale.Minimum to a negative value that will extend the plot area below the bars.
