Hi, I recently filled out the survey titled "customer satisfaction" or "support satisfaction" on the telerik website. This was about 2 weeks ago.
So far, the promised telerik points were not added to my account. Have other users already received their points or should I wait some more?

Hi Martin,
The points will be awarded to all participants within 10 business days after closing the survey (on the 8th of July). If for some reason you would like to have the points added to your account earlier please, let us know.
I have no problem to wait for points. I was under the impression that the points are awarded within 10 days of completing the survey - so I just thought I'd ask if something went wrong.
