Urgently need to access appbuilder platform,but it is not opening on my browser.Is there any server issues??Please help!

Please .. let us know what is happening !!
We must give feedback to our customers!
We have tens and dozens of phone calls!
Our customers are beginning to ask for money for damage
Give us a technical answer ... and above all, certain times! We have to decide what to do!
The situation is really absurd!
