Hi Eileen,

As replied in your support ticket, at the time of your writing, we were experiencing a major outage in the AppBuilder cloud services. The issue should be resolved now, so please check if you will be able to continue your work and if issues arise, let us know.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused once again.

Regards,

Hello,

@Eileen I am glad the issue is resolved on your side now. Further, both the issues (the AppBuilder cloud services outage and the monitoring system failure) are resolved now and we will make sure to not put you in such situations in the future.

@Killian As said above, all of the Telerik Platform and AppBuilder services should be up and running now (our Status page). Could you please share a bit more information about the exact issue you are experiencing? For example, by "pages", do you mean certain files inside an AppBuilder project or something else? Also, it will help us a lot if you can tell us which AppBuilder client is being used on your side. I would suggest you to open a separate support ticket about the problem as we might require some further information that is better to stay private. I am looking forward to your reply.

Kaloyan

Hi,

As written here, you will need to clear the cache and browsing cookies for app.icenium.com and platform.telerik.com in order to fix the issue in the AppBuilder In-Browser client.

Here are the complete steps:
  • In all browsers, log out from platform.telerik.com and telerik.com.
  • Clear the cache and your browser cookies for app.icenium.com and platform.telerik.com in all browsers. In Google Chrome, please make sure to select clear cookies from beginning of time.
  • Open the DevTools (hit F12) in the browser and navigate to Resources. There, you should see the Local Storage pane in the left. Expand it and select the https://platform.telerik.com storage, then delete its content.

I hope this helps.

So this problem seemed fixed, was working last night, but now it's broke again.

Windows client is giving me "An error occurred while loading projects information" when loading my projects. Then I followed your instructions to clear cache, but still I try to open a project in the in-browser client and it loads the 100% of Loading Module and Creating view but Loading Modules gets stuck at 30% and the console shows "https://platform.telerik.com/screenbuilder/api/compatible/ Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 (Gateway Time-out)"

Yep, it's down again (has been for about an hour), according to http://status.telerik.com/

Is there any way to access my .p12 file for android while this is down? I need my keystore file to manually build an android app for a client. Right now.

I don't think so, no (I'm still evaluating Platform/AppBuilder).  The only advice I can give is to set up a remote repository (when the service is working, of course) - so you can push/pull to something like Github or Bitbucket.  That way you have a backup of your project(s) and access when the platform is down.

Hello everyone,

We have found and mitigated the issue that caused the Telerik AppBuilder outage. For more information, please refer to our status page.

Our team is working around the clock so we can isolate and stabilize the Telerik AppBuilder cloud services.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
