Currently the bug reporting functionality of the Feedback Portal is but a tiny sliver of a full solution such as FogBugz. What, if any is Telerik's vision for enhancing it's bug functionality? For example, the people that file bugs in my organization expect easy screenshots, enhanced notifications, custom fields, priorities, deadlines, and the ability to go back and review bug status.
Alternatively (and preferably) you could sell integration between TFS and the other big defect management vendors, letting me have a single backlog in TeamPulse (vs split into TeamPulse and FogBugz) while keeping the defect tool my organization knows and uses.
