What happened to Telerik's old public issue tracking system? I see this entirely new Feedback system here http://feedback.telerik.com/Project/154/Feedback/List/All%20Feedback

I was following quite a few issues and feature requests via the old system on various controls I use on a daily basis for some very important projects. Now, the entire PITS system seems to have gone missing. What's worse, I can't seem to find any of those issues in the new system!

Did Telerik just randomly decide to ignore the past 3+ years of issues and requests in favor of a new feedback system? Am I supposed to somehow remember the details of an issue I opened 3 months ago and add it to the new system manually?

What is being done to address this? Will the old issues / requests be migrated? Where/when was this major support change announced?

Hello Chris,

Since January 2014, PITS was substituted by our feedback portals. All entries from PITS were transferred to the feedback portal together with their votes and subscriptions. We had some issues with the notification system, but now everything should be back on track.

I have reviewed your ticket and I pulled out the items you reported. I noticed that you are voted for these items, but you have not subscribe for status notifications on none of them, hence in the feedback portal we have migrated just your voted (as there were no notification subscriptions). Here are the new links to these items where you can subscribe for status changed alerts:

Three of them are done, two are still pending

I hope that you find this information useful.

Regards,
Stefan

What about the rest of us browsing the history: can you not do something so that links such as appear at http://www.telerik.com/forums/adding-a-gridsplitter-between-the-maximized-and-the-minimized-items-of-a-radtileview work?

Hi Scott,

Thank you for your input.

For the time being, the only way to find an item is to use the search functionality in the feedback portal. If you have any difficulties finding something, please let us know and we will find it for you.

Regards,
Stefan
