Telerik Menu Showing Over File Explorer

I am having a problem with either the File Explorer or the Menus.  When I display a File Explorer window over a page that contains the Telerik Menu, the Menu still shows "over" the File Explorer window.  What do I need to do to eliminate this problem?  Please refer to the attached screen capture graphic.
