Yes, the referred version (2012.2.0725.1050) includes the RadHeatMap control. The control was introduced with the Q2 2012 release, however I recommend you to download our latest release so that you can take advantage of the newest features and bug fixes.
About the missing control, you can try to manually delete the "bin" and "obj" folders from the VS project and then Clean and Rebuild it.
