Telerik Controls is not supporting Selenium webdriver

I want to use a File upload control button which is a Telerik control in Selenium Webdriver.

How can we do it using Selenium Wedrive please help !!!

How many developers from your team will be using Kendo UI?
How many applications do you plan to use Kendo UI with?
What is your current evaluation stage? You may also list the pending questions you need answered to complete it. We will address them accordingly.
