I have downloaded the Control Panel and upgraded all my products, but it does not detect OpenAccess ORM.
It tells me i have the free version installed. However i have the full version.
Should i download the upgrade manually? Or will the Free version upgrade just upgrade my full version?

Hi Andrew,

Starting from Q2 2012, OpenAccess is offered as a Free product without limitations. For that reason, even licensed clients are provided with the same installer, listed as "Free" in the Control Panel.

As a client of our Premium Collection, you will still be provided with priority 24h support, regardless of the Free version of the product that is installed.

Can you check if you have the right version of OpenAccess ORM on your machine? You can do so by going to the Visual Studio menu: Telerik -> OpenAccess -> Product Info. There you can verify that the version of the installed assemblies is 2012.2.607.1. In such case, you don't have to upgrade anything and the latest fully functioning release of OpenAccess ORM is already there.

I hope that helps. Do get back to us if you have an older version or you have any other questions.

All the best,
Ivailo
