Hi Team,
While we are using Telerik control functionality we are facing following issues. this is very serious and waste of our time also, Please check the following issue and let me know if already fixed.
Currently i am using Telerik Version 2013.3.1324.40
1.RadMenu
I am using RadMenu binding with LoadXml. i want to use EnableRootItemScroll="true". in that time i move the mouse continuously i got the alignment issue. please check the attached screen shot. if EnableRootItemScroll="false" it is working fine. but i want to use EnableRootItemScroll="true".
in this issue we can not tell users do not scroll more then one time. please check and let us know ASAP.
2.RadGrid Filter Case Sensitive using EntityDataSource
Case Sensitive is not working using EntityDataSource. but it is working in sqlDataSource. in this case we can not tell users case sensitive is not working. please check the attached Screen shot and let us know ASAP.
3. RadGrid Frozen Column not working using tab key
i am using Radgrid Frozen column. if use mouse to scroll for insert or update frozen column not hiding. but i use tab key for move next column frozen not working. Please check the Screen shot and let know ASAP.
4. RadGrid PDF not open in Apple IPad
i am using download ExportPDF from Radgrid. it is showing blank in Apple IPad. but it is working in Window and MAC. i download that PDF and change "Security Method". send to ipad through mail. not it is open. but we need to restrict default Security Method "Password Security". please check the attached screen shot and let us know the solution.
Above the issue we are facing various time and important also. we are answerable person to out client. we spend lot of time for these issues instead of development. please give some more effort for these issue and give the solution ASAP.

Regarding your issue with the RadMenu, after examine the provided screenshot I am not sure what the actual issue is. Can you please provide some more details on this matter. Additionally you could take a look at our online demo for RadMenu scrolling, where the EnableRootitemScroll property is set to true and everything is working as expected:
For your second query, regarding the case sensitive filtering with EntityDataSource, our developers are aware of the issue and a fix will be included in one of next releases.
Moving to the next issue, due to the way that frozen columns are implemented, it is not possible to handle the tabbing within an input elements and move the horizontal scroll bar accordingly. If you need to have InPlace editing and allow the end user to tab between the inputs, you will have to disable the frozen column.
For your final issue, can you please try setting the DisableContentEncryption property to true and see if it will fix the problem:

Once again, from the provided information and screenshot for the RadMenu I am not able to understand what the actual issue is. The screenshot for the RadMenu in your initial post seems correctly aligned and from your description of the issue it is unclear what that issue is. I could suggest that you record a video demonstrating the exact problem and provide the markup of your RadMenu, so we could test it locally.
As for the RadGrid issues, the Case Sensitive filtering with EntityDataSource should be fixed in our next official release, but the tabbing problem, this is a limitation with the current implementation of the Frozen Columns and for the time being there will no fix for it.

Hi, I have having issues with Radcombobx in IPad.It works perfectly in all other browsers and devices(including android,windows tabs,phones etc.).However in IPad when you try to open the control it doesn't do anything and it doesn't even bind data.I am using Version=2012.3.1308.35 of Telerik.Really appreciate your help.
