Hi.

Why Telerik always do the update of the download page very after of the announced new releases?.
Today I receive a mail from telerik:
telerik Monthly Newsletter - August 2006 at  11:48 am 14/08/2006

And it says:

Major Updates:
r.a.d.grid v4.0
r.a.d.panelbar v4.0
r.a.d.treeview v6.0

Key Updates:
r.a.d.ajax v1.5
r.a.d.combobox v2.5
r.a.d.upload v2.5

And I go to the download pages to try the new releases/features/fix but the download page isn't updated!.

Sorry if this seems aggressive against telerik, but always you do that announce a release but the download page isn't updated and the RSS feed too (this maybe my problem because I'm using gooogle.com/ig as my rss reader, incompatibilities?).

I like telerik products, but the synchronization between the announced and the published releases, makes me think ugly things against telerik :P.

You must update the telerik.com page before announce a release, to see the new features or bugs fixed in live.

Hi Yuri,

Thank you for reading through the Newsletter and for your interest in our new release.

Please, accept our sincere apologies for any confusion we might have caused.

The title of the paragraph reads "telerik Future Releases - What to Expect"  and the list of new products and versions you see in the newsletter is expected in our Q3 2006 release at the end of September (Betas will be announced at the end of August and beginning of September).

This is a quote of the text in the Newsletter that appears just before the list of products:
"... r.a.d.controls Q3 release is scheduled for the end of September 2006. This will be the first release which will include both r.a.d.controls for ASP.NET and for Windows Forms.

Keep your eyes and RSS aggregators open as Betas for all new products and major versions are expected at the end of August and beginning of September.

The new release of r.a.d.controls for ASP.NET will include: ..."

Please, let us know if this clears up the confusion.

Regards,
Ivo
