I am sorry you are running into this problem. Unfortunately there was no log attached. Keep in mind that our support system only accepts file types zip, rar, ace, jpg, gif, css, png. If you tried to attach a .txt file our system would reject it. Please put it into a .zip file first and attach the .zip file.
You state "the application is crashing", which application are you referring to? Test Studio? Or the application under test? What type of application are you testing? When does the application crash, what were you doing at the time of this crash? Are there any error messages? What do they say?
