Hi

I currently use ComponentART controls but use the Telerik Editor. I'm seriously thinking of switching to Telerik with their Prometheus controls and they seem to be making serious development for Silverlight which has tipped the balance for me now. I want to switch to Silverlight when it comes out and can't see ComponentART having anything in the pipeline. Does anyone have any issue with memory leakage under IE with Telerik. It is something that really frustrates me with ComponentART with some of their controls which leak memory badly. Would be interested in anyone else who might have moved from ComponentART to Telerik or anyone's opinions ?

Thanks

Gavin-

While I don't qualify as a "switcher", I did make the choice years ago when evaluating Telerik vs. Cart vs. Infragistics to go with Telerik's controls for my web apps. All of the controls for the web are highly tuned and optimized for all major browsers, and to the best of knowledge there are no known major memory leaks. Our developers work hard with the best tools available to avoid those problems.

If you have any questions during your switch evaluation, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help. I'm sure you're going to be pleasantly surprised at he power (and ease of use) of your new Telerik toolbox.

I switched from CA about 1.5 years ago and I am sooooo much happier... I noticed the leaks with CA, but not with Telerik... They also cut me a good cross-over deal to switch...

Telerik is the best I've seen to date.
