I have a report that only has a table in the detail section.  I have all of the gridlines turned off( I'm alternating the colors for the rows) and just the talbe borders set to solid and 1 pixel.  The data for the table covers 3 pages and on the first two pages the bottom borader is missing and only shows on the last page.  Everything else is ok and every page has the table header repeated.

What do I have to do to get this border to show?

Hello Robert Strazzarino,

What you're after is not possible and the current result is actually the intended behavior. Since this is a single item, it has one top and bottom and the fact that it spans on multiple pages does not change that. Showing top and bottom borders on each page would mean that this is a separate item within a single page, rather than an item that continues on and on for several pages.

Kind regards,
Peter

Thanks for the answer.

I have been using SSRS reporting and the border surrounds the grid for each page without the grid lines.
This is the second case of a difference in how the reportig works - my other case was hiding table columns.

Is there a list of differences between Telerik reporting and SSRS?

It would be helpful of there was.

Hello Robert,

As my colleague explained, such behavior is counter intuitive and confusing for the user and we were surprised by your claim that SSRS work differently. We've made a small test with their Tablix and you can see the result in the attached pdf file, which is what we have expected.
Another thing to make clear is that we are a competitor of SSRS and not a clone or addition to it, so expecting the same behavior in both products (or any other competitor product for that matter) is simply wrong.

Sincerely yours,
Steve

I think I am having the same problem. In my case I am using a kendo grid and the last row table bottom border is missing.

There is a solution for this specific case?

thanks.
