Table header too close to page header

Hello,

See the attached files. When i set ColumnHeaderPrintOnEveryPage = true, it prints the header on every page when i export to PDF. Why is it that there is not the same space between the page header and the table header?

Hello Martin,

Please check the attached sample report and exported PDF file. It uses the AdventureWorks sample database.
The table header and page header are positioned identically on each page of the exported PDF.
The issue might be caused by some configuration specific to your report. Please attach a sample report exhibiting the described issue or modify the attached report, so we can investigate further.
