We have a splitter with 2 panes that need to be synchronized with vertical scrolling. The situation is exactly like Microsoft Project in how tasks display in one pane and the schedule in the other pane, yet both are controlled by ONE vertical scroll bar.
Can you give my team a clue as to how to perform this??
Pane 1 will have RadGrid that lists event competitors and Pane 2 will be an aspx page that displays a tournament bracket. I want to be able to scroll the bracket (which has round 1, quarter finals, semi finals, and finals) and the competitors that are in the grid scroll along with scrolling the bracket.

To achieve the required result I would suggest you to implement a custom scroller for both panes. RadSlidier can be used for such scenarios. Please take a look at the following Live Demo:
