In this thread a user claimed...

Hi Stuart,
Straight to your question - RadAsyncUpload control supports IE7.
I am still investigating the issue with the customer's scenario. It probably comes with one of the modules which is used to upload files. RadAsyncUpload uses Silverlight/Flasfh/IFrame module to upload files.
