    As far as I can see there is no way to get support for Icenium other than writing in the Forums. Icenium should have the same support ticket system as the other Telerik products (like for KendoUI). 

    Sometimes phone support might also be useful. Both these support options could be priced - the most important is that support is available.

    Hi Robin,

    Icenium has the same support options as other Telerik products distributed among the different licenses (see Icenium pricing). You've purchased Developer license which does not include active support, if you wish to be able to post private support tickets, please contact our friendly sales department to upgrade your license. Phone assistance for Icenium is included with the DevCraft Ultimate plan.
