Hi,
It would be nice if the ShowEvent had an OnLoad event – in this way one could display tooltips for pointing the user in the right direction and combined with the delay show, it can be used as a small step by step guide.
Btw, when using the ToolTip with no content, it shows the tooltip using the controls tooltip/title property – but on first show it displays both the std. html title and the rad tool tip.

Than you for your feature request.
We logged your request about ShowEvent had an OnLoad event and we will implement it for one of the next RadToolTip "Prometheus" versions. We updated your telerik points as well.
The RadToolTip element cannot tooltipify the specified element before the complete page load, because the AJAX elements are created just after the page load at the last possible moment. If you wait for the complete page load and set the cursor over the tooltipified element you will see that only RadToolTip will pop up.
