All feedback (general, bug reports etc.) is received and processed by us.
The current procedure more or less is as follows.
If the issue/feedback is new (not reported by now) we log it for fixing/implementation in our internal system. In case the problem is not quite clear or we need more details from the person that have submitted the feedback - we open a ticket to ask for more details.
This however does not give you the level of transparency that we think you should have. For most of the feedback you don't get any info from us what is the status of it and when will that be fixed/ implemented.
We have recognized all this and we are taking the necessary steps to improve the current situation. As you probably know quite recently we launched our Public Issue Tracking System. Very soon JustCode will be integrated with it and with our current ticketing system so that all feedback and bug reports are passed through those systems. This way you will be able to track the progress of everithing.
