I apologize if this question has already been asked.  I was not able to find an answer by searching.

As I understand it, when a subscription expires, you no longer receive new releases and service packs.  My question is, does this also apply to internal builds?  Will I continue to have access to new internal bugfix builds?

Thanks,
Eric

Hello Eric,

Yes, you will have access to the Latest Internal Builds, but you will be able to download the build for the last major version you've been licensed. For example, if during your Subscription period you were able to download Q1 2009 suite, you will have access to all internal builds that come for this version. Still, after we release Q2 2009, you won't be able to download the ensuant internal builds.

I hope that clears the matter.

Best wishes,
