Hello Fa,
You can create style rules in one report and export the final report stylesheet in XML file. This XML file is an external stylesheet and can be reused in other reports. For more details please check Exporting and Reusing Style Sheets.
Details how to create style rules are available in Creating Style Rules, where it is important to know how styles take affect if there are other inline styles set through the items' Style object directly - Style Inheritance and Overriding.
I hope the provided information is helpful.

Dear,
Thank you for your reply, but we knew this and we used it the way you said.
But our problem is different, we are trying to use specified class style and use it in asp MVC, but every time it generates new class name (class name is auto generated), we want to fix the class name always.
Today, we are going to buy the full library package, but we need the answer as soon as possible.
Thank you.

Hello Fa,
The report is processed and rendered on the server in the selected format. When it is displayed in an HTML5 or ASP.NET WebForms Report Viewer, the report is rendered in HTML and delivered to the client. This HTML cannot be modified to include class names of external CSS.
Please elaborate on the scenario, where you need the additional class names and reason for this.
If it is an emergency, my recommendation is to open a support ticket which guarantees you a reply by Telerik representative. We try to monitor forums as well, but cannot guarantee you a reply in a timely manner.
Thank you for your understanding.
