Strange behavior with NumericTextBox on modal

I have noticed a strange (and frustrating) behavior with the NumericTextBox when used to edit rows in a modal window. When clicking inside it, the focus alternates between the textbox and the modal window. With each click, the cursor looks like it remains inside the box, but you can see the highlighting around the edges of the modal showing it's focus turning on and off. The frustrating result is that if it happens to be focused on the modal when you hit the back button trying to erase text, you navigate back in the browser. I have repeated this problem in both Chrome 24 and IE 10. However, it does not appear to occur without the modal being used.

Any idea on how I can fix this?

Actually, I now see this is the case with other text-entry controls as well- DateTimes and plain Text entries do the same thing. I can't repeat the problem with DropDownLists.

I believe this issue is addressed in the last internal build of Kendo UI. I will suggest you download it and give it a try.
