I suspect your browser is blocking the download. Do you have another browser you could try?
Also, which part of the attachment details are you clicking? If you click the "Icon" in the left most column, it will pass the open/save responsibilities to the browser. Clicking on the name of the attachment tries to force the browser to "download" it.
And something you can try with Internet Explorer (which is pretty strict with respect to allowing downloads) is to ensure your security settings are as follows. Go to Internet Options > Security tab > Custom Level button.. Change the following settings and restart IE/TeamPulse:
- Downloads > Automatic prompting for file downloads > enabled
- Downloads > File download > enabled
- Miscellaneous > Launching programs and unsafe files > prompt [NOT enable)
