Step-by-step Tutorial – RadControls for WinForms

I have 2 proposals for Step-by-step Tutorial – RadControls for WinForms.

1. On tutorial download page could be version number or last update date so we will not make unnecessary downloads to check if pdf or chm is updated.
2. It will be easier to read the pdf or help file if there are different version for C# and VB.

I'm trying download step by step tutorial radcontrols for winForms but the download stop after 52% completed.

I have tryed download this file from more then three computers and different networks but the problem still the same.

Please, help me how to download this file, I will need develop a software using telerik but I can't learn without this pdf.

the example folder given in installation way too advance for me :)
