Hi,

Is it possible to use Recurrence dialog as standalone dialog without presence of RadScheduleView ?
If yes, is it possible to customize it to show only recurrence pattern section? -How to get data of selected recurrence from it?

Thanks,
Tomas

Hi Tomas,

I am afraid that EditRecurrenceDialog cannot be used outside the ScheduleView control as it is tightly related to the RecurrencePattern of the appointments.

Can you give us more details on your scenario, so we can suggest a different approach?

Hi Yana,

Thanks for your answer. My scenario is simple. I need to let user assign a recurrence for planning a regular job.
And then get data about this recurrence.

Hello Tomas,

You could take the EditRecurrenceDialog template as explained here and adjust it according to the specific requirements.  You could use RecurrencePattern class as well.

I hope this helps.
