If you take a look at the following jsfiddle (using KendoUI 2011.3.1129)
http://jsfiddle.net/xjLYs/3/
If you drag the right splitter then it lines up properly with your mouse.
A second jsfiddle (using 2012.1.322)
http://jsfiddle.net/JfwNk/2/
If you drag the right splitter it does NOT line up with your mouse (it is offset to the left).
I have tried both Chrome and IE9.
Could I get any help with a fix for this?

Hello Kyle,
Indeed, we identified this issue recently and it is fixed now. The problem is reproduced when you have nested Splitters and is caused by the fact that the outer Splitter handles the inner splitbar's drag event and positions the hint in the wrong place in the DOM.
The fix is available in internal builds for licensed developers. As an exception, I will attach it here as well.

Hello Dimo,
I appreciate the updated js file, however this one additionally seems to have a problem. I updated the jsfiddle to use the new min.js file.
http://jsfiddle.net/JfwNk/4/
While the dragging does match up properly, it seems to have weird behaviour as it selects & deselects the content inside of the rightmost panel as it is being dragged. I reproduced this in both Chrome 18.0 and IE 9.
Any chance there is a fix for this as well? :)
