Hi Ashish,
By design, the collapse / expand functionality of the RadSplitter resizes the visible pane which leads to changing the position of the SplitBar. This behavior could not be modified out of the box.
Could you please describe in more detailed what exactly you are trying to achieve, also screenshots demonstrating the required result will be really helpful, so we can try to provide a solution?
