i have 2 radpanes inside a radsplitter seperated by a radsplitbar
i can drag the rad split bar up and down, but i am not able to collapse the top radpane - seems like i have to drag it to a certain location and then periodically it would show me the finger letting me know i could click on it.
any ideas of what i may be doing wrong?

Hi Jeff,
Most probably the reason for the problem is that the RadSplitBar inherits some CSS styles which override the image and it is not shown. Would you please remove all your custom CSS and also test whether this happens with all the skins or just with one?
Would you please prepare a sample, fully runnable reproduction project, include all your custom CSS there, open a new support ticket and send it to me with reproduction steps and some screenshots? Once I receive it, I will do my best to help.
