Just like the RadSpell (Asp.Net) is a stand-alone tool that can be used for textboxes and textareas make a winform counterpart.

Indeed it is a great idea to have the equivalent of RadSpell in WinForms. It will be a great addition to our product and it will improve its functionality. Therefore, I have added this as a feature request to our database.

I'd like to cast my vote for a winforms spell checker too. Until then, I'll have to hold onto Infragistics :(
