On a page with a simple richtextbox, no ribbonview, I reference Telerik.Windows.Documents.Proofing.Dictionaries.En-US and I get the red line under all text, not just misspelled words,right clicking does not pop up the suggested replacement word box.
In a different project in my application I have a full word processor similar to the demo project and the spell checker works fine,
What could be the problem?

Solved. This solution is understandable (which is how I figured it out) but worth noting.
The richtextbox that did not work was in a silverlight class library I use that holds common usercontrols for use in other projects. So I needed to reference the proofing library in the project that consumes the usercontrol, not in the usercontrol library itself. So it was a relative path reference problem I suppose.
